Lori's coaching has also been a blessing on a personal level.  Last year I faced health and family challenges that spurred me to make lifestyle changes, and enlisted Lori's help in developing a whole-person approach to better living.  We are still in process, but in the months since we've started I have changed my eating habits, and examined the "why" behind eating patterns and my relationship with food, on a spiritual level.  I originally told Lori I did not want a "get skinny quickly" program, but something that would be lasting and sustainable, and work within my comfort level.  Although she is entirely capable of more intense coaching, she was able to accommodate me, and yet still challenge me.  She started me on a gentle exercise program that has challenged and surprised me with its benefits, and I've gradually and consistently lost weight.  She helped me view exercise as a positive, weight loss as secondary to healthier living, and always keeps my spiritual health as the top priority.  I highly recommend her services!

  I have known Lori for most of her life (after all, I was married to her eldest brother Mark Warawa - Langley Member of Parliament ). While my husband was in the "fight for his life" on his cancer journey, Lori came alongside us with prayers and daily support. She encouraged us and we knew that God was involved in our lives.  Iam 37 years old, married and have 4 young children.
Lori walked with me for 2 years.
In those 2 years I experienced growth in my physical process that I had not in years. Lori has a
huge knowledge base on diet and exercise. I have a back injury that is chronic and sometimes
debilitating. She was able to guide me on a path of mobility. When I started seeing her I was
not able to walk around the block without being in a massive amount of pain. She guided me
by listening to me and taking my pain seriously, then troubleshooting the best way to move
forward. We took it week by week, adjusting where needed. I will always have my back
problem, but I am now able to exercise and even get cardio in. Because of the slow consistent
care, I was able to build my body back to a healthier place.
I saw fruit in my spiritual walk, in my relationship with my husband, and in my daily life with my
children. My emotional, spiritual and physical growth was noticeable to even those around me.
In all the ‘ins and outs’ of our time together, the biggest gift was that she always brought it
back to Jesus. That He is the centre of all. I was so comforted, reassured and grounded by this
steady firm reminder. Because of this, I was able to see so clearly the outworking of the Holy
Spirit through my time with Lori. She always pointed me to Jesus.
She held me up in prayer always, and I felt that, even through my weeks. She fought for me in
my journey. She connected with me in all I was walking through.
Lori was a safe place! I started our time together very reluctant to open up due to past hurt. I
walked in a lot of distrust towards people in general and don’t easily open up the deep parts of
my life. Lori proved that she was trustworthy and held my story and journey close to her heart.
I still refer back to so much of what we talked about and what was established in me during
this time. My 2 years of walking with Lori truly did change my life. God used her so powerfully
to speak to the deep parts of me and my journey. There is more trust and openness in my
marriage than ever before. I am more at peace with who I am as a mother to my children and
how God works through me daily.
Lori’s heart is to see God move in your life, and to see Jesus lifted high in every circumstance.
This motivates everything that she does. It shapes how she walks with you in your sessions,
how she motivates you, and how she encourages change. The heart of Jesus for you matters
above all else. Because of this, all the fruit that flows from this time is all glory to Jesus.
